Encouraging Pastors | Saving Our Churches
What if I told you…
80% of Bible College graduates who enter the ministry will leave it in three years?
70% of all pastors’ report not having a close friend or confidant?
50% of all pastors are so discouraged they would leave the ministry but they have no other way to make a living?
OR
What if I told you that our country’s rural to smaller churches (under 100 members) which once made up 43% of all churches has dropped to an alarming rate of 33%*?

From the Founder
As a graduate of Nebraska Christian College and Southwest Bible Seminary, I served nearly thirty years in the preaching ministry in Iowa, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. I also served as a missionary for Toronto Christian Missions behind the Iron Curtain during the Cold War.
After a year of intensive research, interviews, and meetings with Bible College and church leaders, I answered the Lord’s call to become an advocate and build a support program for our churches and preachers serving in today’s ministry.
Call me today at (402)391-4364 and find your place in helping to build The Pastor’s Project. I can also be reached at RDCreek@pastorsproject.com for further information.
